All outstation candidate have to come for face to face final rounds, first and second round can be conducted virtually for the outstation candidates, (50% of the travel ticket cost is reimbursed by the company on submission of the original tickets for outstation candidates), or if less travel cost is less than 2500/- the actual bills need to be submitted for reimbursements. Salary offered will be completely depending on the technical skills of the candidates. Should have a OPTOM Degree (more preferred) or a Diploma in Optometry
