Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years of experience working as an Optometrist in either a retail or hospital setting. Applicants coming from a hospital background must be carefully evaluated regarding their interest in transitioning to a Retail showroom role, as adapting to the retail environment after hospital experience can often be challenging.
All outstation candidate have to come for face to face final rounds, first and second round can be conducted virtually for the outstation candidates, (50% of the travel ticket cost is reimbursed by the company on submission of the original tickets for outstation candidates), or if less travel cost is less than 2500/- the actual bills need to be submitted for reimbursements. Salary offered will be completely depending on the technical skills of the candidates Should have a OPTOM Degree (more preferred) or a Diploma in Optometry
