Production Supervisor

• Ensuring production of stainless steel wires as per the Production Plan
• Maintaining identification and traceability of product
• Monitoring the production processes
• Ensuring in- process inspection of the product
• Ensuring the implementation of environment and safety management plans for all identified significant aspects
• Ensuring the implementation of corrective actions initiated for rejections/customer complaints etc.
• Ensuring the achievement of Quality and SHE objectives
• Control of non-conforming product
• Maintaining records as required by the IMS
• Ensuring timely dispatch of product to the customer & all customer requirements are met.
• Carry out all processes in accordance with the defined procedures with regard to quality, the environment and occupational health & safety
• Implement programs for achieving established Quality and SHE objectives
