1. Apple Product Expertise & Consultation:
- Provide in-depth technical knowledge of Apple’s hardware, software, and services.
- Assess customer needs and translate them into appropriate solutions using Apple’s product
suite.
- Address any product / solution related questions and concerns raised by customers.
2. Solution Design & Proposal:
- Collaborate with sales teams to create customized solution designs and proposals.
- Develop and present product demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, and technical workshops.
- Ensure proposed solutions align with customer requirements and business objectives.
3. Customer Engagement:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within
customer organizations.
- Conduct discovery sessions to identify customer pain points and requirements.
- Provide insights and recommendations to help customers maximize the value of Apple’s
solutions.
4. Product Knowledge & Training:
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Apple technologies, product updates, and industry trends.
- Share knowledge with BDs and other internal stakeholders to ensure trendy & updated
Sales pitch
- Assist in training and onboarding of new team members and customers as needed.
5. Consultation Support:
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations of Apple’s products.
- Assist in drafting documentation and supporting materials for proposals.
- Engage in technical discussions and negotiations to close deals
