Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:-
Assist customers through email and live chat, addressing queries promptly and professionally.
Provide detailed product information to customers and generate sales by understanding and matching their requirements.
Ensure outstanding customer satisfaction by building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Handle customer issues and complaints throughout the service/implementation cycle with accuracy and timeliness.
Process refunds, exchanges, and compensations in accordance with company policies.
Maintain complete, accurate, and updated records of customer correspondence and interactions.
Develop and present client-related reports on a regular basis.
Identify recurring issues and develop problem-solving approaches to improve service delivery.
Guide and collaborate with team members to ensure service excellence.
Manage customer relationships to encourage repeat business and enhance the company’s reputation.
Engage with customers across social media platforms when required.
Skills & Requirements
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and handle online chats with efficiency and accuracy.
Good convincing and sales skills to convert inquiries into sales.
Knowledge of customer support tools,and social media platforms.
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
Prior experience in online customer support or sales (preferred).

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good organizational and communication skills. Candidates preferred from the Retail Industry
