Retail sales experience mandatory.
Should be able to speak and understand Gujarati and Hindi languages.
Should be able to understand English language. (Should be able to Write correctly any of these languages without selling errors like taking Customer history is writing, while taking an order for spectacle making).A format of Application form need to be filled by every candidate who qualifies for the Final round, where that form is asked to be filled with an intention to check whether candidate is able to write things correctly of his own or not. Quarterly rotations for all level staff are done in RKUMAR, within Ahmd, Candidate should be ok with quarterly rotations.( Allowance for travelling is given in case of any delivery done for Business purpose to customer home, but in case of transfer of manpower for a day, we do not provide any allowances).
