Job Description:

1) Strategy and Policy
a. Develop a business plan and sales strategy for the market in accordance with company values that ensures attainment of company sales goals, profitability and expands the customer base.
b. Define and implement the Sales policy and best practices for the organization.
c. Planning the Sales Budget and managing its effective achievement.
2) Business Development and Analysis
a. Direct and lead sales managers of different business verticals, and provide them leadership towards achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with company vision & values.
b. Responsible for identifying opportunities in the designated market.
c. Prepare clear targets and incentives for all sales teams for a monthly, quarterly basis along with timelines and supervise their action plans.
d. Perform market analysis, sales forecast to understand category-specific landscapes and trends.
e. Assists implementation of marketing/sales plans and strategy as per need.

3) Operational Excellence (People, Process and Performance)
a. Drive the sales process from plan to close.
b. Co-ordinate and collaborate with executives of other departments
c. Handle Complex Customer Engagements and manage Key Customer Relationships.
d. Undertake Personnel Performance Planning and Performance Review.
e. Team motivation and management.
f. Contribute to the Recruitment, Training and Educational programs.

COMPETENCIES:

1. Functional: Thorough technical knowledge of Effluent treatment plants, RO, HVAC, Building management systems (BMS) and ability to grasp new technologies, Strong customer connect with Corporate, SMB, and PSU’s, Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite, Strategic management, Business Development, Key Account Management, Customer Relationship Management, Analytical, Collaboration, Negotiation.

2. Behavioral: Good Listening, Negotiation, Decision Making, Problem Solving and Communication Skills, Team player
