Job Description:

• Managing the Business Development portfolio with assigned targes current customers and find out potential new clients.
• Identify opportunities for business growth by leveraging knowledge of consumer behaviour in consultation with Manager, Geography Head, KAMs, market research agencies and regulatory authorities.
• Managing RFQ, Costings, meeting assigned criteria of Inquiry turnaround ratio, Business Potential, NPD Sales etc.
• Ensuring timely implementation of RM mechanism, Price extensions and NPD coordination.
• Assist Manager & Geography Head in developing annual marketing and sales plans for the geography and achieve growth and expansion targets in line with the overall organization strategy.
• Monitor the competitive landscape and industry players and strives to build and develop best in class practices for the organization.
