Highway, Bodakdev, Ahmedabad, Gujarat - 380054 (“Company” or “we” or “our” or “us”). In this Policy, the Company seeks to explain how the Portal collects, processes, uses and secures the information provided by the users and received by the Portal. Under this Policy, personal information shall mean any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person.
This Policy will inform the users how their personal information will be handled by the Portal. All users are expected to read this Policy carefully before they make use of the services provided by the Portal. The Portal is a marketplace providing employability, employment and career enhancement services which include the following:
A. limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to enterprise and academic institutional clients to use the Portal to access and use the services listed on the Portal (whether in an online, hybrid or offline mode) including posting of jobs and receiving applications for the same and have access to certain administrative features;
B. limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to service providers to use the Portal to provide services listed by such service providers, host workshops, classes, events etc. (whether in an online, hybrid or offline mode) and have access to certain administrative features;
C. limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to individual users to register, interact, attend and participate in opportunities provided by enterprise and academic institutional clients and in services, workshops, classes, events etc. provided by service providers through the Portal (whether in an online, hybrid or offline mode);
D. enabling enterprise and academic institutional clients to promote, market and advertise their opportunities by creating a promotional page of their opportunity and to monetize their opportunity; and/or
E. any other services and features ancillary or related to the above services.
Scope
This Policy applies to the entire Portal including its contents, products, services and websites.
This Policy is applicable to all those who use or visit the Portal, or anyone else related for that matter. The users are bound by the terms and conditions of use of the Portal. This Policy applies only to information collected, processed, stored and used through the Portal. This Policy does not apply to information collected through other channels, such as information collected offline, from other portals or from emails. This Policy does not apply to practices of companies and institutions that the Company does not own or control, or to the people that the Company does not employ or manage or to any other actions and / or activities outside the control of the Company.
Definitions
The terms defined in this Policy shall apply to this Policy in the same context, and any reference to the singular includes a reference to the plural and vice versa.
Information collection and use
The Portal offers services that require you to register for an account or provide any personal information to the Portal. In order to provide the Portal’s full range of services, we may collect various information including:

C. your responses to assessments including quizzes, hackathons, document submissions, simulation games and any such gamified assessment for any opportunity, services or job listing;
D. your payment details and other information regarding payments you make available to us, as may be applicable;
E. your responses to various information capturing forms created by the service providers, enterprises and / or academic institutions on the platform in order to avail services on and access features of the Portal whether in an online, hybrid or offline mode;
F. your marketing preferences, including any consents you have given us;
G. information related to the browser or device you use to access our Portal;
For use of some specific services, providing some specific personally identifiable information shall be compulsory/mandatory and some additional details might be added on top of the ones mentioned above.
Sometimes, we receive information about you from third parties. Personal information that you provide to those sites may be sent to the Portal and the Company in order to deliver the service. We process such information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. The affiliated sites including the service providers, service partners and social media providers may have different privacy practices and we encourage you to read their privacy policies.

Wherever we rely on your consent, you will always be able to withdraw that consent, although we may have other legal grounds for processing your data for other purposes, such as those set out above. Such information shared by you with such organization may include certain special categories of information such as data revealing racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, or trade union membership, and the processing of genetic data, biometric data for the purpose of uniquely identifying a person or data concerning health. Please note that any such information shared by you with the organization is being provided directly by you to such organization and Company and / or Portal is in no manner involved in such sharing of information.
