HireMee Employability Enhancement Assessment

HireMee Employability Enhancement is an assessment to measure and analyse the skills and employability quotient of the candidates. The tests are created considering the present requirement of the industry across various verticals in terms of entry-level talent demands from the respective academic streams. The test covers 7 different constructs covering quantitative aptitude, verbal ability, logical reasoning, core domain knowledge, computer fundamentals/advanced computing concepts, and communication. It also includes a psychometric assessment to examine the behavioral competencies. The test is created by an industryoriented question bank. These industry-standard questions are curated by our Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), who are working in the industry and academia. They identify the industry-oriented questions and form a library of questions. Basis on the experience and analysis available, the candidates are able to complete tests in approximately 60-65 minutes though the actual time ceiling is kept at 100 minutes. The students get a detailed diagnostic report for their performance in the assessment to help them understand their present level of preparedness and areas of improvement.
